dao

When time and trust is everything

Client: dao

Key Focus: Brand, campaign

For 100+ years, dao, a Danish parcel delivery service, has built its reputation by being very good at two things: ensuring parcels and papers arrive safely and on time. But as the Danish market evolves—and following a major merger—dao needed to future-proof its brand, communication, and digital experience. dao set out to redefine its purpose, strategy and tactics. Through market research, interviews and company ambitions, they developed a refreshed brand identity, a redesigned website, and improved self-service apps. The solution helps them succeed across segments, from B2B to B2C, and C2C. But more importantly, it provides dao with a solid foundation for building trust and staying ahead in a rapidly shifting landscape.

When the market moves, dao becomes the answer

Denmark's letter market faces a major shake-up as the largest operator exits in 2026, leaving business customers without their usual solution. dao, the Danish-owned distributor already trusted for parcels, needed to become the obvious choice for letters too — without drowning the message in explanation. Rather than telling customers what dao offers, the campaign shows what happens without it: pairing comedic timing with a cinematic look built for the format.

Designing calm in motion

Montreal Metropolitan Airport case study — MET

Client: MET

Partnership Lead: Sofia G-W

Key Focus: Digital Experience

Stress is the invisible passenger. Airports are places of constant movement - arrivals, departures, anticipation, goodbyes. But for most travellers, that movement starts with stress. MET Airport wanted to change that. The mission was to turn its website into a calm, intuitive companion that simplifies the travel experience and builds trust before passengers even reach the terminal. Our research showed travellers often skip airport websites altogether, heading straight to airlines for flight info. Why? Complexity. So we stripped things back. Every pixel of the new MET site was designed to lower cognitive load and raise confidence - a “calm companion” built around mobility, innovation, and organisation.
