New website paving the way

Vejdirektoratet case study

Client: Vejdirektoratet

Key Focus: Website

Together with the Danish Road Directorate (Vejdirektoratet), we worked to develop new digital touchpoints to replace legacy systems. The strategy is to involve key stakeholders early on and create extensive visual prototypes to give everyone a clear picture of where we are heading. Maintaining enthusiasm for the project was particularly important in this case, as it involved a lengthy tender, selection, and build process in a public sector enterprise.

Recruiting blood donors online

Bloddonorerne case study — BlodDonorer Danmark

Client: BlodDonorer Danmark

Partnership Lead: Sara Friis Bache

Key Focus: Digital prototype

BlodDonors Denmark had the ambition to take a more digital approach to recruit new donors and help existing ones keep track of their appointments. This meant redesigning their user sign-up flow and creating videos to explain the benefits of a digital-first approach to donation. The new app created a comprehensive overview for both donors and nurses. Not only could it keep track of previous appointments, book new ones, and find hospitals – but it could also send out emergency notifications when certain blood types were needed, creating a more effective system for vital blood donation.
