Le stress est le passager invisible.
Les aéroports sont des lieux en mouvement constant : arrivées, départs, attentes, adieux. Mais pour la plupart des voyageurs, ce mouvement commence par du stress. MET voulait changer cela. Sa mission : transformer son site web en un compagnon calme et intuitif, qui simplifie l’expérience de voyage et inspire confiance avant même que les passagers n’arrivent au terminal.
Nos recherches ont montré que les voyageurs évitent souvent les sites web des aéroports et se dirigent directement vers ceux des compagnies aériennes pour obtenir les informations de vol. Pourquoi ? Trop de complexité. Nous avons donc tout simplifié. Chaque pixel du nouveau site de MET a été conçu pour réduire la charge cognitive et renforcer la confiance : un « compagnon calme » fondé sur la mobilité, l’innovation et l’organisation.
